Basic Food Safety Annual Recert Course

This course is designed to educate food handlers on how to purchase, cook and serve food safely.  Different aspects of food safety are covered.  Participants learn how to prevent food borne illness by handling food properly and what to do in the event of food borne illness or foodborne illness outbreak.
